Overview

This website is operated by Still Her. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Still Her. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Section 1 - Print-on-Demand & Order Fulfillment

Our store utilizes Printful, a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment service.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge that your products are custom-made to order and manufactured externally.

  • Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary based on print-facility volume and carrier delays.

Section 2 - Product Pricing and Descriptions

  • We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

  • We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors and mobile screens display colors differently, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be 100% accurate to the physical item.

Section 3 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient shipping addresses provided by the customer at checkout.

Section 4 - All Sales Final & Modifications

  • As stated in our Return Policy, all custom-printed orders are final sale.

  • Once an order is submitted, it is automatically routed to our printing partner. Because of this automated fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee that order modifications or cancellations can be processed after payment is completed.

Section 5 - Third-Party Tools and Links

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products to you. Certain content or products available via our Service may include materials from third parties (such as Printful). We are not liable for any third-party materials, websites, or services.

Section 6 - Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; or (d) to submit false or misleading information.


 

Section 7 - Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Section 8 - Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.

Return & Refund Policy

All items are custom-made to order. Because of the nature of these products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.

Damaged or Misprinted Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at Teri-annepate@outlook.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we will gladly arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you.
