Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Still Her. Because our products are custom-made to order, please review our fulfillment and shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing & Fulfillment Times

  • All items are custom-printed just for you after your order is placed.

  • Standard fulfillment takes 2–5 business days to create and package your items before they are shipped out.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link as soon as your order leaves the facility.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has been fulfilled, delivery times depend on your location. Standard estimated shipping windows are:

  • Canada: 3–12 business days

  • United States: 3–5 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Note: These timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Total delivery time = Fulfillment time + Shipping time.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipping outside of Canada, additional customs, duties, or import taxes may occur upon arrival. These fees are determined entirely by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Still Her has no control over these charges.

4. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

  • Insufficient Address: If a package is returned to the printing facility due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

  • Marked as Delivered: If your tracking history states that your package was successfully delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your neighbors or contact the shipping carrier directly. We cannot issue refunds or free replacements for packages marked as delivered by the courier.
